New Lowest Weight
Around a year ago I bought a biggest loser scale. I wanted something simple and consistent to use... At that point in time I weighed 313.8 lbs. 313.8 - 273.6 = 40.2 pounds lost.
I am not losing weight rapidly... but it is coming off and staying off.... YaY!
My quest is not to get skinny... but to improve overall health.
Tips:
Eat real foods
actually eat... do not starve yourself
get up and move
be who you are
Yes there are more tips... but that is enough for now...
